Welcome to the AIDS 2024 Exhibition, satellites and pre-conferences ordering platform​.

​This platform will allow you to order your exhibition package, and/or satellite symposium, and/or pre-conference for AIDS 2024, the 25th International AIDS Conference, to be held in Munich, Germany, and virtually from 22 to 26 July 2024.
​Pre-conferences will be held on 20 and 21 July 2024.

​Make sure to apply early and to keep in mind the following deadlines: ​

​14.02.2024 - Early fee deadline (in order to secure the early fee, full payment or proof of payment is required) ​

15.02.2024 - Standard fee applies  ​

13.03.2024 - Exhibition, satellite and pre-conference bookings close ​

*Standard fee payment deadline: within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice
*Change of fees do not apply to pre-conferences packages
